SharePoint Communication Site Unable to Load Stock Images

I am building a new SharePoint Communication Site but I am not able to load any images using Stock Images or Web Images. I also I am not able to upload pictures from my local machine. I get the following errors. Any suggestions is appreciated.

Have you tried to do it on different browsers and using an InPrivate session? If that's the case and the error still happens, I recommend to open a support ticket
