SharePoint Cascade not working modern pages

We are using SharePoint online and designed with Modern UI pages.

we would like to create the Cascade relation list in our site. so we used to create the cascade list using following example:

This is working fine in Classic SharePoint mode. If we switch to Modern page it is not working.

How can we create Cascade list for SharePoint Modern UI pages.

To create cascade relationships in moder SPO:
(1) Crate a SPFx Extension that opens a side panel where you can have that behavior
(2) Customize list forms with PowerApps and implement the cascading functionality
