SharePoint Bug with Flow

Hello All,

Until recently, we had no issues running flows using the ellipses on a SharePoint list item. But now when we click it, it does not show any flows.

However, if you sue the flow button that is pinned at the top of the page it works.

I tested this on multiple sites, with multiple users, and it is the same throughout. 

I assume this is a bug?

It seems to be something wrong in your tenant...what happens if you do the same in OneDrive For Business?

It does appear to work in OneDrive as expected.
