Is there a way to include or forward an email in Outlook to append to the comment field in a Sharepoint List?
For example, we keep an issue tracker as a SharePoint list and update the comments field each time we have updates, but sometimes we get updates in Outlook. Instead of copying and pasting it into the comments field, are we able to include an address in the "To" field so that it gets automatically appended to the comment?
I've used another app in the past and we were able to do that. It was very beneficial for our workflow.
