Formerly, all data for visualizations resided in a SP list and charts were created in SSRS. Staff could only view their data based on UserID of record. We have migrated to SPOL, cannot use SSRS and the analysts find it easier to work with Excel vice a SP list (majority won). Can create visualizations in Power BI (do not have a Power BI server) or Excel. In either case, when charts are created, how can the SP user see just their info on the worksheets? Passwords are not an option, worksheet encompasses "all" employee data and UserID still resides in file. Has anyone faced this? What application did you use for charts? If anyone has examples of a SP user only being able to see their info in an Excel file housed on SP, I would greatly appreciate the assistance to jumpstart this process.
