I would like to give access to colleagues to refresh a Sharepoint file A from the data source B (Sharepoint) without allow them to view the data source B. Do you know if it's possible to do it?
To get into details, I have a main file A where I stock all my data. This file is located in a Sharepoint private group.
Then I have 3 other private groups where I made a query to select specific data according to the users. I want to give them the possibility to refresh the data without giving them the possibility to see the entire data.
If I give them access to the Main file, they can refresh the data but they have access to the entire file what I don't want.
If I stop sharing them the access to the main file they can't refresh the data.
Do you have a solution?
