Hello,
I am listed as an Owner for a SharePoint site with folders and subfolders containing information. I have uploaded documents into one of the subfolders and am trying to grant access to individuals to view and edit those documents. I enter their email addresses and the email goes out to them with a link to the site folder. However, when they click the link, the folder is empty. It says there are 29 documents within the folder, but they cannot see any of them. I cannot seem to figure out why this is happening when I have granted access and sent links to the folder. Any help would be much appreciated.
