Sharepoint 2019 license

Does an Office/Microsoft E3/E5 license also include a Sharepoint 2019 on-premises license or do I need a separate license for the on-prem?

@Taen keren  Most users and devices accessing SharePoint require Client Access Licenses (CALs).

Some online service subscription licenses provide rights equivalent to CALs.
