SharePoint 2016: User Profile Import - Users not being deleted

We are using active directory synching for our profiles with the normal process. Users are not being deleted on Sharepoint that have been deleted from our AD. I checked the job runs every hour with no issues. Not sure what to look at next.

These 3 jobs:

User Profile to SharePoint full sync

User Profile to SharePoint Language And Region Synchronization

User Profile to SharePoint Quick Synchronization
