Sharepoint 2016 and Webdav Access Issue

We are facing issue in accessing webdav link on Sharepint 2016 multi server farm of document library and moreover Open with explorer option in IE opens up by default in One Drive 

Kindly help/guide for the solution to have webdav access https://spweb/DavWWWRoot  and if possible in IE "Open With Explorer" opens up in windows explorer.
