I have calendar in sharepoint 2013 in which multiple users have submitted their tasks. If the manager want to see some specific user task by searching or search in Textbox. How he can see specific user task?

Create a new view on the calendar using the List layout rather than calendar layout. Use the Group By option in the view settings to group by "Created". This will give you a list view with tasks group by users.
