ShareLink for Video/audio with Block Download option

Hello
Please advice , why Video/Audio files stored in Doc Library (modern Info Site ) can't be shared link with Block download? - only with read only option 
In same time in Group 365  Sites and OneDrive this option enable  and only for Meeting Recoding from Teams.

Hi Dmitry,

Block Download is currently only available for Teams Meeting Recordings but we do want to make it available for other video/audio file types in the future. Keep an eye on Message Center for more information in the future!
