Shared Megamenu Links

Copper Contributor

Hi All,

We're getting ready to launch a second hub site on Sharepoint Online and this is now causing issues with how to maintain consistency across the relevant sites.  These hubs are different enough that they merit different megamenu navigation to link across their connected sites.  However, there are some corporate links which should be commonly shared.  Is it possible to create a list that the megamenu can access to generate the first navigation drop down for both hub sites and then they customize the rest of the navigation?  This would allow for better cross-hub navigation.  Or is this something that we will just need to manually sync across both (and future multiple) hub sites?

Thanks!

Unfortunately that's not possible with out of the box navigation, but you can create your custom cross site navigation menu through a SPFx Extension: https://es.slideshare.net/tommdaly/cross-site-collection-navigation-using-spfx-powershell-pnp-pnpjs-...
