Set up site for student access

I would like to set up my site for the faculty and each subject have its own section. I would like each student to have to log in with their office credentials. We can then monitor who is using the site and how long they are on our site.

See this SP Usage Doc - https://github.com/SharePoint/sp-usage-docs/blob/master/docs/basics/library-scenarios.md. "each subject" would be a document library.

 

If there are sensitivity or security concerns use "unique permissions" or separate site collections (i.e. per faculty).
