Search not working after server reboot

We have SharePoint 2016 with two servers serving the search process. Search is working, but we have an issue that occurs after a possible server reboot.

 

When any of the search servers is rebooted, the search service isn’t working anymore. Meaning no result are returned.

 

The only way how I have found to fix the situation is to restart SharePoint Search Host Controller and SharePoint Server Search 16 server services in both search servers. They are set to start automatically but that haven’t helped here.

 

Did anyone face the same thing? Any ideas what could cause this and how to fix the situation so that search will be working directly after the reboot?

 

I don’t know there a way to create some script that would start those services automatically in both of the servers if one of them is rebooted?
