Restricting the permission on views

We have a one document library in that we have different views. For each view we need to provide access for certain users and those users only can add or modify the items in that view rest other users should not able to edit that view even though they have access to that document library.

@RamyaGaja SharePoint online modern experience does not support list/library view level permissions or audience targeting.
