Restricting File Restore

Hi

Does anyone know if there’s a way to restrict users from restoring all files from recycling ? Ideally restricted so that only site owners have the control to recover deleted items?

@KenMurray Saya baru saja mendapat jawaban dari teman facebook saya .

1. Periksa apakah item berada di keranjang sampah tingkat pertama atau kedua untuk kumpulan situs yang terpengaruh.  Untuk informasi selengkapnya,  lihat Memulihkan item yang dihapus dari keranjang sampah kumpulan situs  .

2. Jika Anda tidak menemukan item di Keranjang Sampah, lanjutkan ke langkah 4. Jika menggunakan klien sinkronisasi OneDrive, periksa apakah ada salinan file atau folder di komputer lokal Anda.  Untuk informasi selengkapnya, lihat  Menyinkronkan file dengan OneDrive di Windows  .

hi...im not really looking to know how to restore, but more how I restrict the ability to restore to site admins only (and not let general users do it)...Thx !
