Hi there
I have a user in a group who needs to work with some folder in SharePoint. But this user needs to not have access to one of the folders. Obviously the group is accessing all the folders.
How can I Restrict Access from a person in a group To A Folder In SharePoint?

you can not exclude only one user from the group.
You have the following possibilities:
1. Create a group without this user and set permissions on the folder (delete the old from the folder)
2. Delete the group from the folder an add users to the folder permissions
