I need guidance on the ability to create a responsive sharepoint page with a form as an embedded power app that can be displayed well in a browser on a mobile device as well as on desktop. I'm being told by a Sharepoint developer that the mobile version must use the Power App mobile app - that you can't cleanly display a power app in a browser on a mobile device. Can someone please confirm or refute this? Thanks.
