Request Sign Off Feature

We are using the standard request sign off feature but unable to find an audit trail to show who approved - where do we find it?

You will most likely need to create a Power Automate flow. In the flow you will add an approval. Make sure you have your own Approver column in the list/library ahead of time. Tell the flow to update the Approver column when the approval process is over. Also create a date/time column so you can capture the date/time of approval. It would be nice if SharePoint would automatically have Approver and Approval Date columns in the list/library by default. :)
