remove menu when sharing folders

Hi 

I have a customer that wants to hide / not show the hub menu when he shares a folder. 

I've made a testsite and inserted a picture below as an example. 

Here I have shared a folder and a document to an external user. 
When logging in to sharepoint as the external user, you can se the hub menu on top. 

Is there any way to hide hub menu when sharing?

you can use target audiences on you hub navigation, so the navigation will only view for users, or internals, in this group:
