Redirect URL from Library to External Site

Trying to understand if it's possible to configure a redirect URL from an existing document library in SharePoint Online to an external site.

Basically, if someone navigates to the URL of this specific document library, we want them to be auto-redirected to a different URL that is external to this site collection.

No without some custom coding...assuming you are working with modern SPO document libraries, you will need to create a SharePoint Framework (SPFx) Extensions to make such redirection..
