I have a user reporting that when she deletes a file from Sharepoint, the file does nto show up in her Recycle Bin, but instead, it shows up in another users Recycle Bin.  More specifically the owner of the companies recycle bin.  Trying to figure out why this is happening and if there is a solution to this "issue".

Hi @MSteele25 ,

There are no User specific recycle bins like in Windows, the recycle bin is site wide. Depending on the permissions that the user has depends what they see in the recycle bin. 2 users will see the same files if they have the same permissions.
