Realization of a personalized intranet

Hello,

need some ideas how to realize requests related to a sharepoint online base intranet:

• How a user could define indivdually which News he gets on a webpart on the startpage aggregated from a hubsite construct?
• Which Webpart could be used as a kind of chat on the start page?
• Which Webpart could be used as a kind of black board on the start page
• How can user based unread news be marked or seperated from the other news
