Hi,
I'm creating an approval workflow on a document library. Library is set with drafts and content approval.
To provide the users the possibility to enter comments when they publish a new major version they need to use the file menu, more and publish. My issue is the "Submit for approval" button that does not ask for comments.... This button is more accessible than the Publish command so more chances for users to use this command....
Anyone having a solution? One would be to hide the "Submit for approval" button... Is there an easy way to do this?
