Question regarding installing a 3rd party add-in / app

We received a zipped folder from a 3rd party vendor to install as an add-in to our SPO environment. Seems easy enough. This is a screenshot of what was sent over. I don't see anything in here to install. Seems like there should be a .app file to just upload into the catalog. Vendor has no idea what they are sending us because they get this from a 3rd party themselves. Am I missing something? How would we add this into a SPO site? (or can you tell me if we are definitely missing what we need?)
