What is confusing is that the documented "1 TB + 10GB/license" doesn't appear to be accurate for four of the companies that we manage under an MSP service. For example, Company A with roughly 20 licenses should have 1.2TB total available, but the portal shows 2.2TB. Company B, with roughly 52 Licenses should have 1.5TB but has 2.5TB
Was there any change in the storage limits calculation/allocation lately that we don't know?
