Question about lists

Hi all,

I am new to sharepoint and I need a bit of help. I am making a website with Power Pages and I need to connect to a list in sharepoint. 

I made my own list in "Microsoft Lists" but I can't see how to connect to it in Power Pages? Is there a specific way I need to make these lists for them to be accessible?  Do I need to put it in a different place? 

Any help and advice appreciated!
