Put a Site Page library column as button in menu in a site page document

I have a site page library with a column users can press to promote the document (news) to teams. 

I want to put the same column and item (the button/"skicka nyheten till teams") on the menu inside the document:

Is it possible to put the column inside the document menu, beside the "promote", "page details" etc?

Hi @Akourt320, no it's not possible to add anything to that menu.

@Rob Elliott Ok, thanks. Have to look in to it. Have developed a SPFx extension to make a custom (site-level) mega menu, but not sure if its possible to make it for site pages/single pages.
