Provide Sharepoint Site Access to an Azure AD App

Microsoft

Our Data Processing systems currently use UserName/Password based authentication to access some contents in sharepoint sites , Since basic auth is going to be deprecated on Dec 31, 2022 - We are currently investigating options to decouple from this authentication.

Is there a way to link an azure AD application to a sharepoint site in order to access its contents without having to grant admin consent? So far, the articles we had looked into described creating an app with tenant admin consent, which would basically have access to all the sites under the tenant - which is not feasible for our case.

Appreciate the inputs, Thanks in advance.

@Dinesh_V_G You can use Sites.Selected permissions to grant access to specific sites.
