We are not ready to move fully to SPO as yet so I was hoping if I mirror the SPO Global TermStore on premise when I migrate a site to SPO it will use the global termstore and map the terms already selected as they will match the global entries.
Can anyone confirm if this is the case or is there no point in tagging on premise documents if we are going to migrate to SPO?
