Hi,
I wanted to create a PowerPoint slides repository,
- Good searchability / Easy navigation / Ease of use (by using tagging and enterprise keywording)
- Can select individual slides as well as full presentations
- Ability to create image, icon, and shape libraries
- Ability to lock content (within the platform) and restrict access
- The ability for users to update slides within their own presentations without it making changes to master slides- (by taking a local copy)
I know most of the above can be done in SharePoint. However, I have no clue how to use SharePoint for individual slide selection and import the full presentation? If we upload individual slides, how to get the full presentation and vice versa. Can someone help me with any suggestions, please?
