Bonjour,

Solution@thelastredwolf you can use the Send an email (v2) action which will send the email from you (as the creator of the flow). Or, as we do in our company, you can can create a shared mailbox in Outlook and your emails can go from that using the Send an email from a shared mailbox action.
The contents of a Microsoft Forms form can be added to the email. I'm not sure what you mean by a validation button or what that is supposed to do.

@thelastredwolf the Send an Email (v2) is not the same action as the Send an email notification (v3). The V3 one can only send a maximum of 100 emails in any 24 hours compared to 900 emails every 60 seconds for the Send an Email (v2) and Send an email from a shared mailbox. So you need to be aware of that if you are sending lots of emails.
For the validation button you will need to use the start and wait for approval action.
