Recently we have upgraded our SharePoint 2010 server from Windows server 2008 r2 to Windows server 2019 datacenter. SharePoint 2010 CA and other one site collection is working fine in the new server. But one of the site collection is not working. It says HTTP 500 Internal Server Error. I have tried by doing restart the website and pool and it is started in IIS. Only this site is not working. Anyone have idea how to make this site collection up and running. I want to migrate some important documents from this site to online. Or any alternate solution would also work for me to recover the documents from the document libraries of this errored site.
