I've seen a lot of discussion surrounding using Powershell to force users photo syncing but I'm not sure if what I have found so far will fix my company's issue. Here's our scenario:
We have been manually updating employee photo's into their Office365 profile. While this does update the photo in their Exchange account, we discovered later that it is not updating the employee's SharePoint profile. This is a particular problem for our company because we use the SharePoint people web part in our intranet's employee directory. At this time, we have hundreds and hundreds of employees in our directory without a photo.
Is there a Powershell script that can migrate/sync employee photo's from Office 365 to their corresponding SharePoint profile and then force the photo in the SharePoint profile to Delve. Additionally, can this script be done "tenant-wide", rather than for individual users?
