Phone number link on mobile device

On a SharePoint site page, how can I link a phone number to call when selected on a mobile device? I cannot add tel: to the hyperlink field.

You have to use a url shortening service such as bit.ly or something. Some support using protocols on the URL so you can link the short url to tel:xxxxxxxxxx to dial numbers. SharePoint doesn’t support them currently.
