Payroll Calendar From SharePoint List

Not sure why this is happening but here is the output of the SharePoint list file that I just uploaded from Excel. Take a look at the Excel Source file.  Pay Period starts at 01/01/2023 but for some reason SharePoint changes the dates to 12/31/2022 9:00PM.  Its like its adjusting the date by one date.  Why is this happening?

@FlowTime1990 Could it be your SharePoint Site Time Zone is different from that of your Excel spreadsheet? Check Regional Settings via Settings -> Site Settings -> View all site settings -> Regional settings.
