Oslo master page markup changing

Hello!

I need to cusomize Oslo base master page template (i.e. hide or replace top horizontal menu with my own extension, hide "Published at" text, hide footer with Feedback&like buttons)

Also I need to add my own section layout option (2 to 1 section, aligned to right w/o empty space aside).

How can I do this on modern Communication site template?

We can write CSS or Javascript code in the solution and hide it. we can use SPX developments approach  or javascript injection to implement this.
