Organization charts showing message "user can no longer ... Try different person."

Hi All,

May I know why when using mobile phone to access ShapePoint, all organization charts showing message "user can no longer ... Try different person." 

How to solve this issue?

Organization chart works normally at SharePoint Online.

@Jlim_150 Is this a SharePoint default org chart web part or custom SPFx web part developed in your company or 3rd party web part?
