Hello, 

Is there any way to navigate back button when user click on people in Org Chart? there is seems no back button. only user can go forward. you have to refresh the site for Org Chart to appear.

Edit the web part to set the number of levels to the maximum number - 10 - and you will be able to navigate up and down the chart. Drove me crazy until I figured this out! 🙂
