Open list based on selection from another list

Is it possible to open a list based on a record selected on another list?

Scenario: I have a list with helpdesk items (tbl_Master). Each item may have many updates on a separate list (tbl_Details). Is it possible to open the second table (tbl_Details) based on the record clicked on the first one. For example, if the user clicks on record 2, the details in the second screen/table should only be the ones related to record 2.

Of course, the tables are related by the record number.

@Leonel GUZMAN this can certainlty be done with Power Apps where you can have multiple data sources, filters (on ID for example) to show related records from the second list. So consider that and have a look at the very good Power Apps videos on YouTube by Shane Young.
