An employee at our Company has an issue with excel files not keeping the set rules for the document when uploaded to OneDrive. He has put up rules that allows the other people who have access to the file through OneDrive to only certain cells to edit but nothing else. However when he uploads it its either completly read-only or or full access depending if he removes the rules or not. If he mails it to someone the rules are correct, but when going through OneDrive it just cant keep the set rules assigned to the file.
