Our SharePoint online site has a picture library a few years old that has me confused. It is made up of 5 smaller libraries, 4 for pictures and one for docs (below). When I click on to edit a record in Photos #4 I get a page of details with the photo displayed at the bottom. If I click on to edit a record in Photo's #1 it shows the details, but no photo. 1 and 4 are not separate views. There is only 1 photos view.
This doesn't look like the photo libraries in the tutorials either. Is anyone familiar with this kind of linked photo library. How can I get records in #1 and #2 to display the photo, like those in #3 and #4.
Changing the drop-down choice at the top of the details window from "document" to "picture" fixes it (one record at a time). I'm still curious about how a large picture library get broken up into 4 like this.
