When viewing the Microsoft Search Insights for a site I manage the No Result queries report displays many phrases that actually do return results when my team performs the same queries. Microsoft describes No Result queries as "popular search queries that returned no results," however that is not accurate for most of the queries on the report. Our SharePoint Admin has no explanation. Can anyone shed light on this for me?
