Newly invited guest account getting error

Hi,

I have invited a guest account to one of our sites, usually this works fine but for this new user he gets the error below. 

Any ideas why he would be getting this and what do i need to do so he can get access?

Hi!

Looks like your admin have block that domain, you can remove them from the blocklist or add them to the allow list:

@Oliver McErlane You can allow the domain of user for external sharing.
