I would like to create a news post, to inform about the entry of new employees.
This should include: picture, name, jobtitle and a text description
Like the included "People" webpart in the descriptive view:

--> The problem here, the descriptive view is not supportet on mobile,
--> On mobile browser nor in the SharePoint App (iOS)
--> It alway shows me the Compact view without the description
--> I cannot print the page because the description is cut off after 120 characters.
So i started experementing and formating with a SP list:

--> The problem here, if there are more than 10 entries in a list, they are displayed in a frame with a scrollbar.
--> it's terrible to use it on the desktop and on the phone.
Do you have an other idea or a better solition for this usecase?
