Need a preference for transcript pane initial visibility

The transcript navigation pane is awesome for my training videos, but sometimes I only use transcripts to provide closed captioning for the video. Currently, you have to turn the transcript option on to enable CC, but then the video always opens with the transcript pane visible. I would like to have a preference as the video owner to choose whether the transcript pane is open or closed when the video starts while still allowing the viewer to change the visibility of the pane during playback.

It looks like this was fixed in our last update. The transcript pane no longer opens by default when playing a video if the transcript and captions option is on.
