Navigation color changes in site settings, site contents, settings, lists

Hi there!
I am having trouble with my navigation being a different color when you go to site contents, or even lists(which is the bigger issue). We have a theme that changes the menu/nav color to a gray, but as soon as you enter into a list or the site contents it go white and you cant see any of the links because the text is white as well.

Thoughts?

@nsherman1200 All users in site are facing this issue or only you?

If only you are facing this issue, try clearing browser cache & cookies. If it is happening for all users, make sure you have saved theme settings properly after making changes to theme settings.
