Hello Guys, I need a suggestion how to make the navigation button on SharePoint online

Hi John,
Are you trying to make something that looks like this image you've attached? If so, it's adding single button at a time. When you save / publish a page, each section will have a hyperlink that you can then use to link in the buttons for in-page navigation (hover by the section header text on the right side of the header). If you need more detail, let us know. Not really sure what you're looking for.
