my excel wont connect to sharepoint

what do i need to set up my excel to automatically push a table into a sharepoint list (that already has some line items / ids in it)

@childishgambino Use power automate flow to connect to excel table and add/update data in SharePoint list.

what about this method? ive tried it but when i go to the export table to sharepoint inside of excel i get cannot establish connection, any tips?
